Lake vacay

Last week we went to Lake Gaston for a week of sun, water and fun with the Smith family. We enjoyed lots of boating,

swimming,

and fishing. Owen's favorite activity was jumping into the lake. And lucky for him, there were several aunts and uncles to catch him! Over and over again.

For the most part, Gracie was a land lubber and preferred to watch the action safely from the shore.
And snack.

We enjoyed the down time and got in some reading,

cooking (and eating),

and games. Owen was proud to join in a game of Scrabble!

Most importantly, we got in some quality time with family.
