We kicked off Halloween day with some costume fun with friends.
The kiddos enjoyed some treats and lots of play!
Post-party, the hosts chatted about the fun morning.. and then crashed in preparation for the big night to come.
Trick-or-treating got off to a fun start with four grandparents joining us. The grandpas helped Owen practice.. several times.. which also meant lots of "practice" candy!

Owen did great at his first time trick-or-treating by himself. However, he did want to stop and check out the treats after each house.
Then he had plenty of help sampling his loot when we got home.
