Another snow day..

Though this one was more ice than snow, so we played inside instead. Before the house trashing can begin, Reed patiently waits as Dylan, Owen and Sawyer finish up some lunch.

They may look sweet but those are some crazy boys!

Snow day!

Finally, we have some snow!

We loaded Owen up in Aunt Elyse's old sled and hit the powder for some fun.

Since Owen doesn't remember the last time he saw snow, he was very interested in checking it out. Forget the mittens, he had to see and feel the white stuff up close. Check out his first snowball!

Grandma and Grandpa joined in the fun too.

Hi Uncle.. Mountainman?

Uncle Mike stopped by today, sporting a new beard! Owen quickly got over his surprise and agreed Mike's look is very appropriate for Altoona, PA.

Daddy and Uncle Mike had fun playing around with Owen's remote control car..

Though Owen had to remind them that it is indeed HIS car.

Owen has started walking!

He's still finding his balance, but as he learns, he gets lots of encouragement. Go O!

Gram and Gramp set up some boxes in their basement to make Owen a fun big tunnel.

He loves to crawl through it over and over again!

Weekend fun

This weekend we joined the Alexanders for dinner and Owen was thrilled to have a new house to explore and a chance to play with his pal Reed.

O and Reed clamored for more (and more) snacks. Ms. Courtney couldn't feed them fast enough!

And Mr. Jason gave Owen a ponyride on Champ.. So fun!

A new year and a new look

After holding off as long as we could, it was finally time for Owen's first hair-cut. Ok, it was a trim, but he still looks like a big boy now!

As we bid good-bye to the sweet baby locks, we remember some favorite hair moments from the past year. We'll miss the little sprout!
